VHPA and HIS members are working tirelessly to resolve the dispute and with the EA ballot drawing to a close, we are hopeful for new opportunities for negotiation in the near future. Although there are still six members locked out and unable to return to work. The eroding of pay and conditions in the industry impacts us all and the fundraiser is a great opportunity for us to show our support for our fellow members who are taking this important stand.
