The Reproductive Health Leave (RHL) campaign fights to ensure any person, regardless of their reproductive health challenges, can fully and meaningfully participate in work and are afforded the social and economic security they rightfully deserve.

The campaign advocates:

  • Minimum of 12 days paid leave for reproductive health issues, covering severe menstrual pain, vasectomies, menopause, gender transitioning therapies and more.
  • Flexible work arrangements and reasonable adjustments made available for all those experiencing reproductive health issues.

Today Wednesday 4th September is World Sexual Health Day, a vital time to push RHL nationally for all workers. The Reproductive Leave Campaign website has gone live, and we need your help.
