We’re aware that a lot of Members have raised questions with HR or Payroll about the Clause 11 changes and are being told that they are “awaiting advice” from the VHIA.  We have been advised that the VHIA sent a bulletin to all Public Sector Employers on November 20 hence they should be very clear about their obligations to honour their commitments under the variation to the Agreement.  If this has not happened at your workplace, please contact us at info@vahpa.asn.au
