HIS EA Update & Mass Meeting

The HIS EA battle continues … following an updated offer on Tuesday 17 June which included no improvement, a meeting was requested by HIS and held on Thursday 19 June.  This resulted in the offer improving twice during the course of this meeting which is positive.  The details are in the process of being sent out to VHPA Members at HIS for feedback.

As we go to press, the offer is not such that the VHPA would recommend it to Members however these developments make the Mass Meeting on Thursday 26 June even more important.  Members need to discuss what the offer means and where to from here.

“We know it’s not easy for Members to attend meetings after hours but it’s crucial that we get input from as many people as possible” said Lead Organiser, Linda Jenkin.

The meeting is at 6pm, Thursday 26th June at Trades Hall, cnr Victoria and Lygon Sts, Carlton
