Bargaining continues at the Epworth Hospital with management presenting a revised offer to members earlier this week.
The VHPA is holding a series of meetings with members to discuss the changes and the consequences of them.
Organiser Jay Morrison will shortly be visiting your workplace to hold discussions:
- Camberwell – Thursday 13 February 1pm – Lower Level Gym.
- Richmond – Friday 14 February 12pm – Physiotherapy Gym.
- Hawthorn – Thursday 14th 4pm – OT Living Skills Area.
The VHPA has a general open-door policy on workplace meetings. However, as industrial matters heat-up meetings necessarily become members only affairs.
Employees will need to join the Union if they wish to stay abreast of developments and take part in decision-making processes.
