Code Blue Protected Action Ballot Approved!

This afternoon the Fair Work Commission approved our Protected Action Ballot application, clearing the way for AEC ballots in 35 Public Sector hospitals.

We expect to have dates for the ballot confirmed by the AEC in the next 24-hours.  Broadly we can say the membership rolls for these hospitals are likely to close this week, with the ballot opening sometime next week.
