Planning to Win? Sounds like a good idea
There has been lots of training activity underway since courses resumed earlier this year. In addition to the Melbourne-based courses, one has been training run in Geelong and a Gippsland date is pending.
The two current courses have a specific focus for Public Sector members and delegates with bargaining commencing in January 2020, however, the courses are equally relevant to any VAHPA members.
Don’t miss out on VAHPA training. Additional dates have just been released through to the end of June, alternating weekly between Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Remember that if you are applying for leave for training, there is usually a lead-time required in your Agreement; the earlier you register the better.
Planning to Win (3 hours)
The course will look at key elements which we need to have in place in all our teams and workplaces in order to WIN.
Getting to Know Union (3 hours)
Learn how to have have one on one conversations with your colleagues about joining VAHPA.
You have the option to complete both courses on the same day or attend sessions on different days. A reminder that all public sector Allied Health Professionals have access to 5 days of paid union training leave which is a separate balance to all your other leave entitlements.
