Patient Safety doesn’t just happen because of the technology alone. It takes skilled and experienced professionals who are supported by the best workplace conditions.
VAHPA Members have fought long and hard for safe staffing levels, fair working hours and scheduling, flexible working arrangements, proper health and safety standards, professional development leave, career paths and better pay and conditions, among other matters.
This fight goes on to ensure our members are equipped to deliver the best diagnosis and care to every patient.
