The State Government and Victorian Public Sector Commission are once again conducting the important People Matter Survey across Victorian public hospitals.

This survey gives workers a great “opportunity to express their views on how public sector values and employment principles are demonstrated within their organisations by colleagues, managers and senior leaders.”

VAHPA is encouraging members to take this opportunity seriously and to provide feedback to their employers and the State Government on how employees are treated within the hospital system.

The results of these surveys are given considerable attention. This is your chance to have a say; tell it like it is, make sure the decision makers understand the workplace difficulties your encounter on a daily basis.

The surveys (there are a number of them) close Friday 26 May. It’s called the ‘People Matters’ survey. Click here for more information. We want them to know that you really do matter!
